What if you started the year rooted in what is important to you over the 6 most essential areas of your life. And then had a plan to work towards those things, based on the the flow of the seasons. And then each month, a tool to set your priorities for the weeks ahead with a flow rather than discipline...
At the start of the year a lot of us begin with new year resolutions. I will get fitter. I will start that project. I'll make more time for friends and family. It doesn't generally work to help us live the life we want to live across all things that are important. For most of the people I know and work with, vague statements relying on your discipline don't bring about real change. What does get fitter actually mean? And how? And when? And why? And what are the trade offs with other important things in my life? Easier to sit on the sofa and get to the end of the year frustrated that nothing really much has changed. Or maybe things have changed but all of it feels outside of their control.
On top of that we are all living with the negative inner voices of our Saboteurs, that show up when we try and change, 'play bigger' or prioritise. Perhaps for you it's Restless 'I know you're half way through that, but what about this other thing that is important?' or the Hyper-Achiever 'you'll never be able to do it anyway so don't bother trying'. These Saboteurs live in each of us and we need to understand where they're coming from and how to take steps towards our goals in partnership with them. Not fighting but accepting their role and taking the step anyway.
This workshop will support you to be rooted in what's important so you show up in 2026 with integrity. Like tree roots use the winter to grow, search and retain nutrients, I invite you to use the depths of winter to prepare for your year ahead.


This isn't a workshop about getting more done with a set of life hacks that mean you sleep in 3 minute chunks and have 5 things going on at any one moment all of the time. This is a workshop about using your time and energy on the most important things. Including rest, yourself, creativity, family, nature and community.
Imagine living a year clear about your intentions and then living that year.
Now imagine not.
