Work-life balance is a topic we all discuss, but what do we truly mean by it and how can we effectively foster it? How is your team's balance across their lives today, considering all the aspects that matter to them alongside their work? In our upcoming balance workshop, we will explore how team relationships contribute to overall well-being and what strategies they use to rest, find joy, and make an impact. Additionally, we will address topics such as imposter syndrome and the importance of open communication in our communication workshop. What does balance mean in a world that is in crisis? While it may feel impossible at times, we believe that with the right tools and support, it is indeed possible.
Imagine the impact on your team if all conversations could be honest, change-focused, and kind? Adults talking to adults, not parent to child or victim to perpetrator. This communication workshop offers a practical and experiential look at radically different ways to have productive conversations that often feel sensitive or tricky, leading to avoidance or clunky exchanges. They may be conversations on performance, behaviour or change.
What is the impact of imposter syndrome on your team and your organisation? We will look at the individual and organisational mindsets that contribute to your people feeling like imposters in their place of work. It impacts performance, relationships and wellbeing and doesn't have to be the way. Participants will leave with a set of tools to understand themselves better and do things differently to have greater resilience and confidence in their work and lives.
If you are interested in creating a workshop tailored specifically for your team, I am always excited to explore how your needs align with my expertise.
