Work life balance. We all say it. What do we mean and how do we actually foster it?
How is your teams' balance across their lives today, across all the things that matter to them and the teams' work? How are their relationships and what do they do to rest, to find joy and have impact? What does balance mean in a world that is in crisis? It may feel impossible. Is it possible?
Imagine the impact on your team if all conversations could be honest, change focused and kind? Adults talking to adults. Not parent to child. Not victim to perpetrator. This workshop is a practical and experiential look at radically different ways to have productive conversations that normally feel sensitive or tricky so are avoided or clunky. Your team will leave as different people, able to communicate with each other as kind hearted humans, even when things are difficult.
What is the impact of imposter syndrome on your team? Your organisation? People will leave this work understanding their own imposter syndrome and a different way of relating to this set of feelings. The workshop also identifies any structural issues for your organisation to work on so that people can feel truly supported in the challenging work they do. We look at undermining language, inner intuitive wisdom and giving and receiving feedback as ways to reframe the epidemic of imposter syndrome.
