Your work matters to me because I care about the future of our people and planet too and I want grounded and bold leaders in the front, taking up space and leading from their wisest self. I am an exceptional coach, and I would love to work in partnership to support your organisation to bring the best you can to the crisis we’re facing.
Your leaders are dedicated. They're smart. They care. They are successful. They are helping your organisation play a part in bringing justice and change to our people and planet at a point in history when we are running out of time.
They are also living with Saboteurs, we all are; internal characters that if left to our unconscious habits provide a near constant negative narrative in the hope to protect us. Protect us from change. They are narratives created in childhood and mainly inhabit the parts of our brain that keep us safe. And for that part of our brain, change isn't safe.
Saboteurs affect all areas of a person's leadership and life; wellbeing, performance and relationships. They make leaders feel vulnerable, unsure and defensive which leads to a feeling of burn out, uncertain action and inauthentic relationships. This matters in the workplace.
Living with these Saboteurs on loud speaker as a leader at a time when we really need change is a huge problem; our Saboteurs don't like change. And unconsciously, they sabotage us. Your leaders are surrounded by a business as usual culture that is perceived as safe and comfortable, they have been raised on this business as usual. And, you know that we need leaders who are different, so they can support us in doing things differently. It isn't possible to bring real external change when leaders are stuck in the current system's mindset. The work has to be both internal and external.
Now imagine your leaders working from a different place. Some people call this 'leading from their centre' or 'Sage', or 'inner wisdom'. From this place leaders are grounded, curious, empathic, and navigate calmly through challenges to take action. They are able to have challenging and difficult conversations and negotiations because they are clear of the bigger picture and can truly empathise with and navigate differences in opinions. They can hold the fear and grief of the situation we are in and do their part, understanding it is enough. They are confident in taking action and see the gift and opportunity in a setback or challenge. They are motivated by love instead of fear.
Your Saboteurs might be scoffing at this. "That's not possible", "why bring love into it?", "I've heard it all before". Your Saboteurs might not be liking this possibility. Because it's different. And different has risks.
Take a breath. And really imagine a world where leaders were support to lead from their Centre or Sage.

Through 1:1 coaching your leaders will grow the resilience of their hearts and heads to create more meaningful impact, relationships and balance whilst facing directly the times we are in and the changes we need. There can be a group element to this too to bring community and accountability to the change, which will be felt at an individual and organisational level.

Through group coaching your leaders and/or teams will develop their resilience together through the neuroscience based Positive Intelligence programme and then work together in group coaching sessions on particularly chewy issues that are arising for your organisation.

The group starts with the neuroscience backed Positive Intelligence 8-week programme to build resilience. We meet each week for a 60 minute check in and accountability call during this time. We start here to make sure the roots are strong for the growth ahead.

At the end of your second month we spend 2 hours as a group in a deep session to explore the destination; the vision of what the group wants to tend to and why. We do this now to be clear about purpose from a place of Sage rather than Saboteurs. Which means it's not 'what should I work on' but 'what is calling'.

A once or twice monthly group coaching session(s) held with love and challenge and complete confidentiality. It is not a chat. It is a group bringing absolute focus on what is, what needs to change and articulating the steps to take. These sessions are full of authentic celebration, accountability and laser challenge. They are connect you to the wider purpose, not just intellectually but with your hearts. I’m not here to make you feel good. I’m here to support you to arrive at your destination.

At the end of month 6 we meet for a closing session to reflect and celebrate what you have worked on and what you regard as the most significant shifts and changes. We take stock here, identifying anything else that you would like to bring your focus to in your leadership and life. You make a plan for what's next drawing on the past 6 months work.
