Build the resilience of your heart and head to change the world for our people and planet.
Business as usual is not working. We are not going to achieve the changes our world needs if we continue doing business as usual, harder and faster. Both externally in our systems and organisations but also personally. We are connected. If the world is in crisis, we as individuals are in crisis too.
This is a place for women who are speaking out and working for change on behalf of our future generations whilst privately feeling like imposters, stuck, frustrated or close to burn out. It’s hard work. Our systems, people and planet are in crisis. You are simultaneously working flat out and unsure of the impact you are having.
You know you are good at what you do and you know you are more vulnerable as a woman in this public space working for social and environmental justice. Perhaps in quieter, honest moments, it’s feeling too much, too big and too complex or you’re feeling disconnected to yourself, others and the natural world.
People tell you and you know it is a huge opportunity and responsibility to be working in a public facing regenerative leadership role at this time in history. It is also A LOT.

Most people and therefore most leaders are living with a near constant negative inner narrative. That's our inner 'business as usual'.
Which of these do you recognise from your own narrative?
“I should be working harder”
"Why did I say that?!"
“Quit now, it’s not worth it”
"Somebody is going to call me out one day, I don't belong here"
“I'll mess this up; I don’t have all the detail”
“I can’t do this!!”
“I am not [fill in the blank] enough”.
These are your Saboteurs. A cast of characters that are doing their absolute best to guide and protect you based on your beliefs and experiences built in childhood. For you they might be loud and ever present. Or maybe they are more nuanced and subtle. We all have them.
Notice their words. They come from fear. Fear of not 'enough', fear of others, fear of failing. Listen again, they are not just the voices of the individual but of our broken system too.
You can dismiss these voices as normal and try to ignore them or perhaps you are motivated to work harder by them. But how can you create the future we and our future generations need from this place of fear?
We cannot bring about the changes we need in society when our Saboteurs are in charge. They are terrified! Terrified there’s no point, you’re not up to it, others won’t come with you, you’ll fail. They lead you away from what you know is possible.
No, this work needs to be led by your Centre, your Sage, your inner wisdom. I think you know this already but feel stuck. This stuck-ness might show up as hidden imposter syndrome or burn out. You know you want to lead differently to business as usual. The future of our planet and people need you to lead differently.
We need radical change. Only your Sage is up to the job.

Imagine being guided by a wiser inner voice? One seeking empathy, curiosity and integrity. One ready to take action from a place of grounded resilience.
What would you call that inner voice? Your Sage. Your Inner Mentor. Your Centre. Your Inner Wisdom. Your True Self. Which one resonates? Maybe another. Maybe none.
And perhaps the label doesn’t matter, you know when you are living and leading from that place because of how you think, feel and act.
When you’re feeling grounded and present as you move through your jam-packed day clear on what you’re navigating towards so that challenges can either be genuinely accepted as part of the process or converted into a gift to move things forward. Without the wobble.
When you turn down the external and internal noise so you are genuinely able to explore an issue with curiosity and empathy, not doubt, assumptions, judgement and frustration.
Instead of walking into a high stakes meeting putting the metaphorical mask and shoulder pads on, you walk in to lead as a brilliant human being, acknowledging the other brilliant human beings and speaking truthfully and directly to have impact and effect change.
You are clear on your vision, even on the days when the path does not seem clear.
When you are being the change you want to see in the world.
And if you, (and I, and We) lived and led more from this centred, grounded, wise, curious, impactful place I believe the world really would change to reflect what our planet and future generations need.

I am a sharp minded and kind-hearted executive leadership coach. I show up totally as I am and I invite you to do the same.
For 15 years I worked with Governments, the NHS and Not-for-profit organisations internationally and in the UK facilitating difficult and complex conversations to design health services and policies.
Over the last decade my work has focused on walking by the side of women as a leadership coach and facilitator. I have worked with thousands of women in Government to hone their leadership, balance and impact.
I am now feeling strongly called to bring my work specifically to women speaking out and effecting change for our future generations. I care deeply about the natural and human world and our unique place in history to turn towards a regenerative way of living. I am understanding that if we all offer our gifts towards that, we have a chance. My gift is coaching and holding space for change. I offer this in service to your gifts and the part you play for the future of our people and planet.
I work with women who are committed to being differently as well as doing differently. Women who hold a vision for our future that they want to play a part in building; caring about both the what and the how. This takes inner work.
