I imagine you’re here because you know that and you want to be part of that change.
You have a job or organisation that looks good on paper and sounds like you are making a difference in the world. And perhaps you're feeling like:
- It's too much, too big, too complex
- You're tweaking around the edges
- You’re burnt out
- You're disconnected to who you really are, what you really want to be doing and why
- You don't have balance across other areas of your life that matter to you
Things are not going to change in our world or our lives if we continue doing business as usual harder and faster.
We live in complex systems (within our bodies, our families, our workplaces, our countries, our world). We are emotional beings. Yet we often behave as if decisions and impact are linear, rational, impersonal, in a vacuum. We behave as if what we do matters more than who we are.
For the changes we need in the world, what needs to shift within you, within your relationships with others and your relationship with the natural world?
How close are you to being a leader for the future within the structures of today? Are you grieving where we are? Do you have a vision, the resilience, support and courage to do things differently?
What would be different if you were rooted in not what you do but your why and how?
Imagine living with a clarity of purpose, of who you are and how you connect to others and the natural world. What if everything you did then came from that clarity and intention.
What if you stopped doing more of what you know isn’t working and starting doing things differently; from how you lead your teams to how you spend time with your family. From how you talk about the crisis we're in to how you work with others to have impact.
Might the world change?
... The question remains. What can I do? Well, now that you understand that the question is complicated, the answer actually emerges as quite simple: do what you’re good at. And do your best.

I'm Emma. Welcome here. I am an executive leadership coach wearing a knitted jumper and a warm smile. I show up totally as I am. I hold spaces with kindness and challenge where people transform. I listen intently (to both what is said and unsaid) to help align what is being done with what is being spoken; checking how things stack up. I bring a laser focus to what is being yearned for; the what yes, but also the why and the how. I support the discovery and articulation of what you're good at, so you can also do your best for the change we need. I believe that's all we can do and is enough.
I do this work because I care deeply about the natural world and our place in turning towards a regenerative way of living.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations. If my work sounds like your cup of tea, let's have one together.
